Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account in the AI Compoz Design app (also known as Compozit Vision; Google Play package it.aicompoz.aicompozit.vision), published by Marcusbey, and what happens to your data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Security.
  3. Tap Delete Account, then Continue.
  4. Type DELETE and tap Delete Forever.

On Android, update to version 1.2.64 or later, or use the email option below.

Deletion starts right away and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email contact@aicompoz.it from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request with you, then delete the account.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in, profile and credit balance
  • Your projects, and the room photos and generated images the current app stores
  • Your chat messages, the memories the assistant saved, and their embeddings
  • Your notification tokens and the usage events linked to your account

What is kept

  • Purchase records: We keep a record of the credits granted for each purchase, with your account ID removed. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records.
  • Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
  • Images saved by earlier app versions: Earlier versions of the app saved images with Supabase. Account deletion does not remove those yet; email us to have them removed.
  • Backups: Deleted records remain in our last 14 daily database backups until newer backups replace them.
  • Crash reports and server logs: Kept by Sentry and Cloudflare under their retention settings, with your account ID.
  • Support emails: Bug reports and emails you sent us, including your email address, account ID and any screenshot you attached, stay in our support mailbox.
  • Shared images: An image that is also saved in another user's account stays in that account.
  • Website sign-ups: An email address you entered on our websites to get the app link is separate from your account. Email us to have it removed.
